When traveling, especially internationally, nothing sets the mood for a joyous air adventure like the airline sky club lounge. Many of the larger airlines have a special designated lounge in their host terminal at the airport. The membership only entry enables access to a wide variety of complimentary services such as free wifi, beverages, snacks, charging stations, newspapers, magazines, televisions and bathroom facilities.
Some airlines offer very basic services and others, like Delta Airlines, roll out the red carpet for chic and luxurious accommodations. During a recent flight out of New York JFK Airport, we had the pleasure of visiting the new Delta Sky Club in Terminal 4. This new facility had it all: intimate conversation space, outdoor patio lounge, modern chic furniture and enchanting edibles for supreme snackage.
Membership pricing and options vary for each airline. For the occasional traveler, the 30-day option is definitely worth the money. You and your traveling companion can enjoy the sky club amenities for one reasonably priced 30-day membership. This 30-day membership entitles you and a guest sky club access for your departure and returning flight.
Airline Club Lounge DEFINITELY worth the money.
